Making a UE4 Theme

I recently saw a video on YouTube about a theme that tries to make everything in UE4 more flat (like UE5 is). It doesn't extend to everything but it's a good attempt. I saw this and wondered if I could make my own theme, so I did.
Since I dislike general flat UIs, I decided to try and make a Windows 98 style theme. I initially started this with the normal light style, but quickly realised that there are some things in UE4 that I can't change without editing the engine's source code (like text colours), which I was not prepared to do. So instead, I made a dark Windows 98 theme. Not everything is in the style of Windows 98 because of my limitations, and my unknowingness of where certain elements are in the install directory, etc., but I tried my best, and also started changing the normal UE4 icons for Windows 98 icons to try and sell the effect.
